Noor Asyikin

The creation of Genesis Training Academy was born out of a simple idea: to give Malaysians from all walks of life the opportunity to learn how to deliver the best care possible to seniors in need. We have made it our mission to equip all our students with the support, guidance, education and skills needed for them to become the best caregivers they can be. We recognize that many of our students have ventured into the care industry as an alternative to their existing careers or at times out of a desire to learn how to do better in caring for a loved one in need. As such, we have made it easy for our students to be able to embark on our training modules in a modular, step-wise manner, starting with the basics and then moving on to more advanced modules as they gain knowledge and confidence. We have also made it a point to digitize all of our training material, thus allowing our students the luxury of always being able to access their training material anytime they need to. We have found that in doing so, our students find it easier to learn new skills. This is turn has resulted in better care being provided to our clients in need.

Today, Genesis Training Academy has more than a dozen students undergoing our training modules at any given time. This is being done via a best-in-class online education platform that delivers engaging video-based classes and real-world scenarios that walk through all aspects of a caregivers everyday routine. We now train dozens of caregivers each month, helping them deliver the best care possible. Best of all, we provide this training through a hybrid mode (i.e.: online and in-person). This has shown to ensure our students are guaranteed of receiving the guidance and hands-on training from our professional trainers so they can acquire and retain the skills needed to grow their competency as caregivers.

Our mission is to help caregivers provide excellent care to their clients and improve client outcomes. We are proud to work with dozens of caregivers nationwide to accomplish this goal every day.

Syikin is a qualified nurse and has spent the last 3 years working as a caregiver in a renowned care facility in Malaysia. She was recently appointed to become the lead trainer in Genesis Training Academy.
