The creation of Genesis Training Academy was born out of a simple idea: to give Malaysians from all walks of life the opportunity to learn how to deliver the best care possible to seniors in need.
Meet Noor Asyikin
Noor Asyikin is a qualified nurse with 3 years of caregiver experience in Malaysian care facilities, recently appointed as lead trainer at Genesis Training Academy.
Our mission is to equip students with the support, guidance, education, and skills they need. We use a modular, step-wise learning approach with digitized training materials accessible anytime.
Through our hybrid learning model combining online and in-person training, we train dozens of caregivers monthly, focusing on excellent client care and improved outcomes.
